Senior citizens are entitled to 10% discount on Out Patient Consultation and investigations. We are also offering 10% discount to patients admitted to 'E' class on investigations only.

Day care surgery means patients undergoing surgery / procedures do NOT require to stay overnight in the Hospital.

All Grade IV & V surgery / procedures performed in a day and if the patient requires staying overnight in the hospital, then he/she can be transferred to regular bed of ‘C’ class.

The patient can come for the chemotherapy procedure for a given period. He/she can deposit the day care charges on Investigation Counter and can directly go to the day care chemotherapy room on 13th floor in our hospital.

The patients are requested to pay amount specified in the schedule of charges according to your operative category. Reservation deposit is to be paid within 72 hours on surgeon’s booking date or 2 days prior to admission.

All efforts will be made to give the bed/class of your choice, but this is not possible every time, it will depend on Emergency / Pt. vacating the bed / other medical conditions

Yes, kindly get the authority letter from your consultant / surgeon medical fitness who is the only authority to cancel the operation. For this procedure contact the Admission’s counter.

After telephonic confirmation of your bed availability, you may bring the patient along with the doctor’s note or bring your letter of authority from your company. After fulfilling the formalities at the admission counter, you will be given an admission Number. Then you will be guided to floor / room allotted.

Formalities at the admission counter: The admission clerk offers the admission form and requests to fill the relevant data which in turn is uploaded in the HIS System. An auto generated Inpatient number is generated which is then given to the patient, and is used as a reference for all of his investigations / procedures / charging etc. during the stay in the hospital, (for that particular admission ONLY)

Yes, patient also has to pay the deposits as per the category of the class, and in case of surgery / procedure as per the grade of surgery.

Patients can deposit the payment by cash/Demand draft / Credit cards like MASTERCARD / VISA cards or American Express Card or by local cheques only on special request.

Yes, you have to approach your agent or call the third party and tell them to send the authorization letter through agent or directly contact with the TPA you can avail this facility under their limitation.

Is Cashless Mediclaim accepted at your hospital?

We have a Mediclaim help desk on the ground floor, the patient seeking their assistance can reach the Mediclaim help desk and submit the relevant documents, and then the pre authorization letter is obtained from the company as an approval for a certain amount.

(Please note the hospital is only a facilitator to help the patients in need of a cashless facility)

What are the visiting hours?

Monday to Saturday – 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm

Sunday - 10.30 am to 11.30 am & 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm

To control the crowd and noise you will appreciate that we issue only one pass for an attendant which is to be surrendered at the admission counter at the time of discharge. We also issue a visitor’s pass with which a patients’ relative can only meet during the visiting hours of the hospital
