o Different Categories of room/bed are available in the hospital and are allotted depending on your choice and availability.

o On arrival at the Hospital, you will be requested to answer some quieries from our admission personnel. This information is necessary for processing your admission smoothly and we appreciate your cooperation. The facts that you provide will enable us to handle your case with better understanding. Also, you are requested to give the correct information, contact no.etc. as this may help you in case of insurance etc.

o We will try our best to shift you to your room as soon as possible, but sometimes you may have to wait for a short time till the room of your choice gets ready. Please bear with us for any inconvenience. Room rent is inclusive of diet charges for patient (vegeratrian meals only).

o Please remeber if you need to change the Room/Class, immediate transfer to another room or class may not be possible.

o When you report for admission, please bring your registration card and Doctor's advice slip/reference note or Casuality Medical Officer's note.

o You need to fill the following forms at admission desk:

Admission form, General Consent form, Refund card etc.

o Transfer to lower class will be considered after fifteen days. Trasfer to higher class will mean paying all higher-class charges from the day of admission, and not the date of transfer. When a patient is transferred to the ICU, the occupied room is to be vacated. However in case the patient's relative desires to retain the room, regular charges of the room will be levied along with ICU charges. This facility will be provided only if room is avaible. In case of emergency, the retained room will have to be vacted immediately.

o An attendant's pass is given during admission. This allow one person to stay with the patient. This is valid for that particular admission only. Also one visitor's pass is issued wherein one visitor can visit during the visiting hours only.

o Hospital is a public place. Patients are strongly advised to avoid keeping valuable items or cash with them in their room or the ward. The hospital is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal articles or money left in your room or on your bed in the ward or anywhere within the hospital premises.
