The tariffs include meals, linen and nursing. They do not include the Consultant doctor's visits, laboratory charges, procedure, tests, drugs and telephone bills.

Emergency charges will be levied at 1.25 times the regular charges for surgery, procedures and investigations when done outside the normal hospital working hours (from 6:00 pm to next day 8:00 am). Charges for procedures/investigation/surgery will be billed according to the class of accommodation.

No queries will be entertained, once the bill is finalized and the patient is discharged.

The Tariffs/Deposits are subject to change without any notice.

TYPES OF ROOMS

Suite Deluxe :

Double spacious elegant A.C. rooms, with attached bathroom, auto movable bed with remote control, sofa-cum-bed for attendant, refrigerator, telephone, TV, modular kitchen, oven and full dining set.

A-Deluxe:

Single A.C. room with attached bathroom, auto movable bed with remote control, sofa-cum-bed for attendant, refrigerator, telephone and TV.

A-Class:

Single A.C. room, with attached bathroom, additional bed for attendant, telephone and TV.

B-Class:

2-3 bedded sharing A.C.room with attached bathroom.

Economy Class:

4-6 bedded Non- A.C. room, with common bathroom.

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT

Depending upon the room requested and nature of treatment, an initial deposit will be collected at the time of admission for which a receipt will be issued to you and this will be adjusted in your final bill.

Following are the charges for initial deposit at the time of the admission:

Surgery Deposit :

In case of planned surgery, the deposit should be paid prior to the surgery. O.T. clearance shall be subject to payment of surgery deposit. For surgery cases the deposit will be based on Grades of Surgery. In case of procedures and surgeries covered under packages, full package amount needs to be deposited.

Credit Deposit

If you are a corporate (Credit) patient, you need to produce an authorization letter at the admission desk at the time of admission. Patients who fail to produce the credit/authorization letter are required to fill up a form giving authorization to produce the credit letter at the earliest/pay the bills subsequently.

TPA Deposit :

For patients covered under Family Health Plan Limited and Health India-TPA Services Pvt. Ltd., patient security deposit should be 10% of Authorized Amount or Rs. 5000/- whichever is higher.
For patients other than those covered by above TPAs, patient security deposit should be 10% of Authorized Amount subject to maximum of Rs.25,000/- or Rs.5000/-, whichever is higher.
In case of surgery, Rs.5,000/- booking charges should be deposited. For Open Heart Surgery and Angioplasty Rs. 10,000/- should be deposited (booking charges will be non-refundable).

General :

Payment in the hospital are accepted by Cash or by all Credit/Debit cards.

Note: We do not accept payments by Cheque.

Authorization : Either you, your relative or a friend should sign the consent form:
The patients/relatives who would like to avail cashless benefits are requested to inform/report to the TPA desk within 24 hours of the admission with all the relevant documents. Any requisitions for cashless would not be entertained thereafter.
